This policy explains what data S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 × ATB Checklist (the "Site") at https://s2-atb-checklist.com collects, why it is needed, where it is stored, and how to have it deleted.

The Site is a non-commercial fan project built and run by one private individual: Vladyslav Tsvietkov, Ukraine. It is not affiliated with GSC Game World, ATB-Market, or any other rights holder, and does not act on their behalf.

1Google account data

Signing in with Google is required only for some features: publishing a listing on the trade board, writing in chat, and voting for a meetup. The collection checklist works without signing in at all — in that case an anonymous technical account is created, holding no personal data.

When you sign in with Google, the Site requests the basic email and profile scopes and receives:

Your email address is never published. The documents holding your collection and listing store only a masked form, for example iva***ko@gmail.com. The full address stays in Google's authentication system and is available only to the Site administrator.

The Site does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, contacts, calendar, or any other Google service.

2Data you create yourself

  • Collection checklist — which of the 48 cards you marked and how many of each.
  • Trade board listing — the contact handle you type in yourself (Telegram, Instagram or Threads), city, district, optionally an ATB store, and your "offering" and "looking for" card lists. All of this is public — that is how the board works.
  • Chat messages — stored so the other person can read them.
  • Meetup votes — the time slot and store you picked.
  • Reports about other users — the report text and your account. Visible to the administrator only.

Listings that nobody has updated for more than 90 days are moved to an archive automatically and disappear from the board.

3Technical data

  • Google Analytics — anonymous visit statistics: pages, actions, device type, approximate city, referral source. No name or address.
  • Push notifications — if you allow them, a technical device token is stored. Turning notifications off in your browser revokes it.
  • localStorage — interface settings and your collection are kept in your own browser. This is not sent to our servers.
  • Moderation log — warnings and bans, if any were issued.

The Site uses no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

4AI card generator

If you use the generator at /generate, your photo is downscaled in your browser and sent to Google Vertex AI to produce an image, which is then returned to you.

We do not store your photos. Neither the original nor the generated image is written to our servers or saved in the database. Only a per-day usage counter is kept.

5Where data is stored

The Site runs on Google Firebase (Google Cloud Platform, servers in the United States). Firebase Authentication holds accounts, Cloud Firestore holds data, Firebase Hosting serves the pages.

Database access is protected by server-side security rules: each user can read and change only their own records. Full access belongs to a single administrator account.

Data is kept for as long as your account exists, or until you ask us to delete it.

6Who data is shared with

Nobody, other than the Google services the Site runs on: Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, Firebase Hosting, Cloud Functions, Firebase Cloud Messaging, Google Analytics, and Google Vertex AI.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. There are no ads on the Site.

The Site's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

7Your rights

  • Delete your listing — with a button on the trade board page, at any time, by yourself.
  • Clear your checklist — by unmarking the cards.
  • Delete your account and all data — write to us (contacts below). We will delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
  • Get a copy of your data — write to us and we will send everything stored about your account.
  • Revoke Google access — in your Google account settings under Third-party apps with account access.

8Children

The Site is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their data. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has left data here, write to us and we will remove it.

9Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version with a new date will appear on this page. Significant changes will also be announced on the Site's home page.
